Walking distance to the beach, you could borrow beach chairs ect from the office, the facility was very clean and the staff was cleaning and replacing filters daily. Nice areas and tables to sit outside of your room

Parking was challenging. It was permit only and we always found a spot, but it is a very crowded area where parking can be hard to get in and out of.

I liked the distance the beach is the leisure area outside with barbecue.

The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent. The front desk/ owners were nice. We had a nice time

The exhaust fan on top of the stove was caked with dirt and hair. I would not prepare food or cook under that fan. Also, the shower curtain liner had that pink mold on it, so when you are in the shower, you are standing in water that the shower curtain is in. It is still an affordable place and a good location with friendly people and nice guests.

We liked closeness to the beach even though weather was bad.

Didn't like the parking, have to park another car in ,the lot is to small, got my car door dented. The air conditioner directly above my head in bed was horrible, should be higher up. The bathroom. floor had dirt in corners ,you tell they don't clean rooms properly we found a ball, and someone's hat under bed. You get what you pay for, I will search for another for October.

Location was great, the beach and ocean was visible through the front window and it was nice having the balcony and the entrance to the beach was right off of the parking lot.

The rooms need to be updated, they were very clean. However, the bathroom had no room to put your Twitter trees, and it was very outdated, but the worst part was the parking. Most people have trucks and SUVs and the parking spaces were so skinny most of the spot you couldn’t even park in, which was a huge problem when you’re coming and going. Other than the parking and was needing to be updated, it was very nice and clean.
