There were a couple of positive aspects: the beach was clean and peaceful, without loud music, which made it relaxing. The staff were very kind and polite, which we appreciated.

Sorry to add a negative review among so many positive ones, but here is an honest and detailed review which might be helpful if you're looking for something truly comfortable 🤗 There is a large number of flies around the resort, which made it uncomfortable to relax outdoors. One day we had fire ants on the sun loungers. The food was *very* mediocre and the selection was very limited and boring. Breakfast and desserts were mostly packaged/frozen products rather than fresh options. This was quite annoying for us (plus there're not that many alternatives on the island). Most annoying thing of our stay: the room had a strong damp/mold smell. When we moved the bed slightly, we found a lot of dust underneath, which means that the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. Housekeeping also seemed quite superficial. Dirty items such as used cups were left in the room. Used towels were not changed (or arranged/folded nicely). There was no TV in the room. In general, the resort itself is not very attractive, there's a lot of concrete (but this doesn't give it a cool minimal look, rather an unfinished appearance). One important thing to mention is that there do not seem to be many other good accommodation options on this island, so if you want to visit, you may need to adjust your expectations and be flexible.

Świetny hotel pięknie usytuowany przy rajskiej plaży. Personel hotelu pomógł z dostarczeniem bagaży z przystani do hotelu. Bogate i urozmaicone śniadania z możliwością zamawiania również z menu. Łóżka plażowe w dostatecznej ilości dla gości dzięki czemu można uniknąć tradycyjnej rywalizacji o miejsca :) :) Pokój super wyposażony z ciekawie rozwiązaną łazienką zewnętrzną. Wspaniały pomocny personel. Świetne wifi na terenie całego obiektu. Polecam serdecznie to miejsce.

La chambre est très grande avec vraiment deux espaces parents / enfants avec deux salles de bain. La piscine est magnifique et la "plage de l'hôtel" est la plus belle de Saracen Bay. Il y a suffisamment de transats et de lits à baldaquins sur la plage donc pas besoin de se prendre la tête et on peut profiter en toute tranquillité. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Je trouve que l'hotel est cher mais pour avoir fait le tour, c'est tout de même le meilleur sur Saracen Bay. La sortie proposée en bateau (70$) était super

Attention aux chambres qui se trouvent près du générateur de l'hôtel voisin avec un bruit sourd continu 24h/24, audible de nombreuses chambres. Heureusement qu'on nous a changé de chambre, et encore, on l'entendait un peu... Pour le prix de l'hôtel, vraiment pas top. La salle de restaurant manque de charme et ne donne pas très envie d'y diner. L'ensemble des installations de l'hôtel manquent de charme (terrain de basket et de raquettes) mais peut-être que les arbres vont pousser.. Il manque clairement beaucoup de détails pour rendre l'ensemble vraiment luxueux.

Heerlijk hotel op prachtige plek van het strand! Heerlijk luxe hotel, ik had een upgrade gekregen ivm een medische reden en daar was ik zo dankbaar voor!! Mooie kamers met prachtige half open lucht douches. Goede airco, groot balkon, goed ontbijt. Een een heel groot mooi zwembad. Voldoende bedden en zitjes op het strand. Er werd wel een beetje aan handdoekje leggen gedaan, het reserveren van een plek dmv je handdoek neerleggen. Zo asociaal! Daar zou wat meer op gelet mogen worden. Ik was heel blij dat ik voor dit hotel had gekozen! Was voor mij het geld waard.

Niets viel tegen. Maar het personeel in de keuken zou iets beter Engels mogen spreken. Die begrepen vaak niet wat je bedoelde zodat je niet het juiste kreeg:-)
