La qualité des chambres, des servcies, la piscine, la proximité de la plage La restauration était aussi de bonne qualité (petit déjeuner et repas du midi et soir)

tout est très bien, simplement, nous étions dans les chambres 50 et 52 côté colline, c'est un peu loin de la plage et en haut d'escaliers assez raides. Ca ne change rien au confort général et à la qualité des prestations mais les chambres côté plage permettent de mieux profiter de la proximité avec la plage

C'est la troisième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. Confortable, calme, personnel très professionnel et emplacement exceptionnel.

Les prix du restaurant étaient nettement plus élevés que la moyenne locale, sans que la différence de qualité ou quantité le justifie.

This place was truly exceptional. The staff are without exception, truly fantastic. We have stayed in hotels 4-5 times more expensive than this without better service ( and often not as good). Special mention to Sreymom who was a fabulous waitress at breakfast. We stayed in beach front room: large, stylish, big comfortable bed and enormous bathroom open to the sky. Room cleaning fantastic and seemed to happen without our noticing. It was New Year and the hotel invited us to join the staff playing traditional games on the beach- so much fun. The next night a party for the staff - which is great to see the management looking after them. We had two massages as they were some of the best we had, and by that point had already had 8 on this trip. It was quiet, peaceful- so pool and beach very relaxing- apparently much busier Dec/Jan but there are lots of cabanas on the beautiful beach. Breakfast à la carte and very professional and delicious. Wholly recommend.

Nothing. But if you are coming from Koh Rong to Riem - the boat will drop you at a pier - which isn’t Riem on the map. They will refuse to take you any further- and rightly so - because the map/ google is wrong.
