"Not serviceable chalet"

The location very strategically near to the beach& town. Have facilities for kids to play.

The chalet not checking properly before customer comes in. My room heater not functioning. Due to rainy day, my baby was sick due to cold weather. No standby fan if customer cannot use aircond. Very dissapoited with this vacation.
