Everything was perfect , from the room , the grounds, the pool area. Luca and team very friendly and Luca very helpful with suggestions to make the most of our stay. We had not booked breakfast but on one day of stay we requested and it was excellent quality at a reasonable price.

The property is situated approx 10 mins drive from both adjacent towns - be prepared to travel down a one lane track to get to the property. There are also no taxis , so for nights out in the town you need to drive or hire a Tuk Tuk.

"Perfect stay!"

This property is the dream. The breakfast is literally from their garden. So relax and safe for families. 10 minutes from Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. The owners are marvellous people. We were there for 2 nights and sad to leave. Highly recommended. You need a car to get there.

Luca and his family are wonderful hosts and they go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional! The property is so idyllic and very unique. We were able there for our anniversary and we definitely want to come back again! Totally recommend the resort.
