Staff…my relatives came to meet and I requested hotel staff to serve them breakfast and offered them to pay for it but they refused…was so embarrassing for me. Will never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel for this behaviour

Good location over the Ganges - worth waking up early to see the sunrise. Nice spacious room with a comfy bed. Friendly and attentive staff.

Well words can’t express the way experience I had here. Although I stayed in a single room, the room had everything a solo traveller could ask for, it was neat and clean, bathroom was pristine and my room was facing a majestic view of Ganga ji. The whole place is like a well kept vintage resort. The location is perfect just next to Ganga ji and the entrance is in a street that you would associate with Haridwar. The food was perfect, some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had. Can’t stress enough on how good the food was. It might seem a bit costly but it’s worth the price you pay. Last but not the least, the staff!! The staff was so polite and nice and not even once if felt that they were forced to being nice. It felt very natural and homely. They really took good care of me throughout the trip. Definitely gonna come back here again.
