Cola Beach Sunset Bay

The view was good from the property. Close to the beach.

1. The location is too inside with no proper road. 2. There is no mobile network in the property or within 3 km radius you solely have to rely on the property wifi when you reach there. 4. There is no petrol pump within 10 km radius. 5. The path leading to the property is very bad and does not have any lighting. It is completely inside the forest and going to the property at night is very dangerous. 6. There was a power cut for the whole night and the power backup was not working. Due to this there was no internet or any other connectivity to the outside world. There were other properties beside this which had proper power backup. 7. We booked a wooden cottage but there were so many gaps in it that rodents would enter easily. We were welcomed with a big lizard. In such a case they should at least give a mosquito net for the bed which was not there.

Great location, beautiful tents, very tasty food

Unfortunately, the public areas are not kept clean—there is old trash everywhere on the way to the accommodation (it certainly hasn't been cleaned up for months), and the beach could also be cleaner (even if these are public areas, as a host you should have an interest in keeping them clean). I saw guests collecting trash and receiving trash bags from the hotel for doing so, instead of the hotel itself coming up with the idea of collecting the trash – a bit strange, especially since the staff had nothing else to do. The hotels in the neighborhood show how it can be done differently.

Food is good, and very reasonable prices considering you are a somewhat captive audience. Staff good. Clean. Very beautiful beach.

Horrendous bumpy dirt and stone path to get there. Then steep steps down that are close to being rubble with no handrail. We were short stay and were so grateful that we had no suitcases to manage. The beach is gorgeous and secluded but beware sharp rocks underfoot when in the water. No kettle.

Everything was good, but food is little over priced

Everything. Staff and food are exceptional. Very polite and kind. Helpful in getting anywhere you need for sight seeing. Beach is quiet and beyond beautiful.

Location is great calm beach with limited prople

Not much but to have reception at the parking or some board with lights from parking to resort is a must required, at night it will be difficult to locate the property
