Ourem Palace

Die Lage war super, sehr ruhig am südlichen Ende des Strand von Palolem. Das Personal war freundlich und die Anlage ist gepflegt. Ich möchte Druh danken, wir konnten ihm immer schreiben und er hat für uns alle Dinge organisiert, dies machte den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Wir konnten nur mit Bargeld bezahlen, da sie keine internationalen Karten akzeptierten. Dadurch mussten wir beim Check-In nochmals zu einem ATM fahren und viel Geld abheben. Wir fragten ob wir eine Anzahlung machen können und den Rest am nächsten Tag begleichen. Diese Option haben sie aber nicht zugelassen, dies war etwas mühsam. Zudem hatten wir nicht jeden Tag warmes Wasser in der Dusche, dies war ebenfalls etwas ärgerlich.

Вид на море и пляж прекрасный. Расположен в конце пляжа Палолем. Близко к пляжу. Рядом много вкусных кафе и ресторанов. За отелем мини рынок с одеждой, обувью, фруктами, кафе и ресторанами по приятным ценам. Рядом с отелем на пляже хорошее кафе с лежаками и вкусной едой. Завтраки, ужин свежие морепродукты. Отель рекомендую за прекрасное месторасположение, вид, а всё остальное можно договориться и решить (устранить). Вернулась бы я туда? Да.

В номере поломан шкаф и нет вешалок. В ванной нет горячей воды в раковине. Чтоб из душа полилась горячая вода нужно сливать 30 минут. Далее из горячего крана вода вообще не шла. Есть чайник, нет чашек. Фена нет. В номере было не убрано, в ванной в ведре мусор, постельное бельё грязное. Уборки номера и смены полотенец нет.

I liked the location, at the far end of the beach and not on the beach front, in nature, and close to walking path to Patnem beach and beyond. I liked that each cabin is separate and you don't hear gueste above/below you. The grounds are clean and well kept. We stayed one month after opening and they are still making improvements as there had been a month of rain that halted works. Had.a.grest massage from the in-house Ayurveda team. Other staff also very helpful.

One thing the management has control over is the volume of the music played at the bar... Music.stops at 11pm but personally I'd have it very low, unless clients at the bar requested it. There are also plenty of fireworks going off on the beach. And moneys jumping on the roofs oh and crows cawing, and many dogs. Nothing that Ouren Palace can fix. Just use ear plugs... always useful in India😆

Loved the location and the view was amazing. Jyotesh was very helpful. I arrived quite late due to my flight at the Accomodation on the check in date and was vey hungry but he organised food and stayed up late to help out with everything ! Thanks to him everything went smooth. Even inside the room was very pretty and comfortable.

Nothing negative to say.

Property is on good location...good for family and friends

The location is just perfect, feels so good surrounded by greenery, walkin distance to Palolem beach, Highly recommend this place
