"Stay was good but disappointed with having to pay twice and still not receive a refund."

The staff were courteous and the food was good.

I have been charged twice for the booking. Firstly at the time of booking on my credit card and secondly when I reached the property and was asked to pay again in cash. Very disappointed with this. The matter has still not been resolved.

The location was close enough to the main attractions to go reach in 15 mins and secluded enough to enjoy the nature. The staff was polite and rooms were clean. They also arrange cabs for site seeing which is a good option considering you are away from the main market. The breakfast spread is good but could be better with a few more options.

The food was very good. I'm no food critic but the variety in the buffet and the a la carte menu was very good and everything we tried was very tasty. Southindian, non veg, veg, continental, everything. Other than the food, what makes it memorable is the hospitality. When in the buffet menu there was fish and I didn't try, one of the staff members noticed it and got me chicken curry. I didn't even ask for it. It's the experience that made our stay memorable. The room was clean and huge. Bathroom clean and tidy. And a great view
