All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. Please note that as per income tax rules, every person shall quote his /her pan card while making payments to hotel and restaurants against their bill for an amount exceeding INR 25000 at any one time. "Fabulous"

The full place is amazing. I think the room descriptions under sell. We had a family suite. 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Massive living room and balcony. Great location. Can’t beat the full experience.

The rooms are dated and the sea view isn’t as close as they state. I booked it for my mum who couldn’t walk nor see the beach from her room

"The resort was excellent and if we are able to visit Candolim again, we would book here again."

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The villa was very clean, and the pool was ideal. Probably one of the best locations in Candolim!

The villa had a full kitchen and cooker, but with no utensils provided, it was not possible to use it.

The pool, rooms of good standard, well kept gardens, location good. Most staff very friendly.

Staff often got confused with orders, billing lacked transparency, breakfast very basic. Some faults in rooms, e.g air conditioning out of action one day, not enough clean pool towels,
