Excellent location right next to the beach. The staff were very polite and genuinely helpful. Special mention to Atiq who was extremely polite and took great care of us throughout our stay. Also, thank you for arranging the hotel taxi that took us to North Goa and then dropped us at the airport on our last day, which made the logistics very smooth. Breakfast was very nice, and the room and facilities were good with decent space.

Important note: The main issue was the room type description. We booked assuming it was a “2-bedroom” option for 4 adults, but it turned out to be 1 bedroom with two folding beds in the living/hall area, which wasn’t adequate for our requirement. As a result, we had to pay extra on arrival to upgrade to a proper 2-bedroom suite. (Although reception staff added manager discount and reduced this additional amount as much as they could) We paid a premium because it was peak holiday season, so it was frustrating to have to spend more due to what felt like an unclear room description. It would really help if the hotel and/or Booking.com made the bedding layout more obvious at the point of booking, so guests don’t get caught out and have to pay more to get the room they expected.

Staff - Atiq and Maya were very helpful, warm and welcoming. Location - very close to the beach (2 mins walk) and also to the main road with supermarket and shops at a stone's throw distance.

Breakfast options can be better. Room cleaning / housekeeping can be improvised.
