Glucklich Beach Cottages

1. This property is right by the beach, so you're always close to the sea. 2. The staff is polite, kind, and always welcomes you with a smile. 3. The morning breakfast is healthy and served with a kind word. 4. There is ample parking space (N.B.: when I visited, ours was the only room that was occupied, so this statement may hold untrue for others during, say, peak tourist season). 5. The staff called me in the evenings to find out whether I would be dining with them. 6. We gave them some stuff to refrigerate, as our room didn't have a refrigerator, which they were kind enough to do.

1. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. The bathroom, the sheets, the blankets, etc. all need to be cleaned thoroughly. This wasn't THAT much of an issue with us, so we didn't raise it with the management, but definitely something they need to be mindful of. 2. Perhaps owing to their location, the power kept going, owing to which the internet connection kept getting lost. But the management would switch on the power backup ASAP. 3. There was a dressing room attached to our room, but that room didn't have any lights.
