"Pathetic experience!"

Nothing good about the property. Worst experience ever

The water kettle was broken. Chairs were broken. Bad upholstery Stinky room, to conceal the smell they put room fresher & so so so much, my mom fainted.

"Mixed feelings but memorable!"

The property's location is a double egded sword. One of the best views of Ozran beach from our room... during the day this place is perfect. HOWEVER at night... theres bollywood club music BLASTING all night because the property is right next to a bollywood club. No joke, you can literally hear not only the bass thumping but the lyrics clearly LOL. The rooms have no soundproofing so... If you are unfortunate to be in a room right next to those clubs then you can say goodbye to a goodnight sleep. The ocean suite however is better as its further away from the club. Beautiful beach right in front. Place isnt accessible for people of determination and people general unfit as there are loads of stairs u need to walk up and down to unless you stay in one of the rooms right at the top. I cant complain though as we had some good exercise. Our first night we were very disappointed with our room due to some quality issues. The management were kind enough to upgrade us to the suite and it was amazing. Best room in the house! The property is close to a lot of nice clubs and bars in Vagator so if you are into partying, this is one place you should definitely consider (if you plan on staying up all night and sleeping during the day) 🤣🤣 The staff is wonderful, housekeeping could have been a bit more quick but nonetheless they were very accommodating.
