"An uncomfortable stay with no sleep at nights. Poor approach to Ozran Beach and horrible service of the Resort staff."

Cottages facing the sea are fine but the Party Cottages don’t have good views.

The Bo Tai Restaurant is closed and in an unkempt and dirty state. There are nightclubs adjoining the Resort that play ear-shattering music throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. The staff has very low morale and service is extremely slow with a couldn’t care less attitude. The Ozran Beach is difficult to reach with numerous steps to climb up and down.

"Too loud and dirty"

Only the view is good.

The linens were not changed .. the towels and linens were dirty Not at all hygenic There was loud music untill 4 am so couldn’t sleep. The bathroom had some plumbing problem so the bathroom was smelling always No room cleaning No change of towels No daily water restock
