VILLA ZEN TAORMINA

We had an amazing view, our host was super friendly and took us to the Etna and showed us around.

The only thing we noticed was a missing mosquito net during the night but we managed.

Nothing. Property was not as advertised. Location was bad as in taxi would not go to direct location. Name of property was different to what was advertised and confirmed. Facilities were communal and not private example no fridge no coffee facilities no amenities as advertised. We had to move and find alternate accommodation.

There was nothing to like and very disappointing. See my comments above. I don’t believe Michael got what we paid for and what was advertised. He was placed in a room called Villa Branco at a different address than what was on confirmation documents. When raised with host was told it was the same. I believe this is false advertising and not acceptable.

Fabulous view, amazing pool, stylish rooms design. The host is very pleasant and helpful. It was a hit we found this place and felt the Sicilian vibe.

Fantastic view. Nice and friendly communication with the owner. Nice placement of the pool. Taormina city is fantastic

No kitchen in the room. there was a common kitchen for sharing but it was dirty and utensils pots and pans where old and dirty. Pool was dirty. One of the bedframes was broken. No aircon only fans one of which was not functioning properly.

Everything was amazing . . The place is heaven and perfect views.. and the owner emanuele is such a helpful and amazing guy .. i recommend it to the full

We enjoyed our stay in Taormina, beautiful scenery and beaches. Emmanuelle took us on a boat trip in the sea exploring the caves and the beaches, you can enjoy snorkeling and see the dolphins if you are lucky. Emmanuelle was a great host and took us to Etna visiting local sicilian pasticceria on the way. It was a great fun holiday experience.

Room was clean and bed was ok. Walk to old town alright for fit no good for elderly or broken people other than car. Host good, helpfull.

No aircon!! But had fans. Shared kitchen and eating area not near our room. Basin almost on top of toilet, very tight. 20 min walk to old town via alot of stairs, all good on way down, return very hard. We managed ok but we are fit.

The property is a refurbished Villa above Taormina, it has a nice pool and small badly kept rooms

the room was not clean, all towels were stained brown or yellow, there was a jacket forgotten in the bathroom. mattress was very soft and pillows were veryhigh and harrs. in booking it was stated that the room is 100 sqm with facilities that were not offered such as fireplace and sofa, as well as having a second room
