Villa Le Baste

This villa was fantastic. They have 4 rooms/suites and we had 2 of them. The service, care, rooms, staff, views were beyond our expectations. What an experience and Emanuela is a gem. She orchestrated everything for us setting up a boat cruise to Capri and a dinner cruise in the evening before our arrival and was so helpful throughout our stay. She helped with restaurant recommendations, directions, taxis, food and drink services on location. If we needed anything, a WhatsAp message and she immediately responded and took care of it. The entire team provided great service and the facilities; terraces, pool, ocean access, rooms were incredible. Niran were so attentive to us and the other guests. From getting our breakfast up on our private terrace to getting us coffee and drinks throughout the day when we returned late along with just about everything else. Edy did a fabulous job keeping the room clean and maintained, there was nothing we needed. Francesco cooked all the food and was very helpful with anything specific we needed. Wow what a place and what a team top to bottom.

Beautiful location, and so peaceful. Emanuela, Francesco and Niran were great. Can’t wait to return!

Accommodation was a perfect. Manager, Emanuella is a brilliant of the hotel - like a Mr. Wolf in Pulp Fiction - helps to organize every your needs.

* Amazing location right at the cliff and well located between Positano and Amalfi, spectacular views * Own pier and sea access great to refresh in the heat and to take boat trips * Beautiful “Solarium” (sundeck and terrace) where you can also enjoy breakfast and dinner * Feels really exclusive as the property has only four suites (we had dinner (also very tasty!) one night at the terrace, which we had all for ourselves) * Cute little pool, we did not really use it, preferred the cold sea ;) * Double Room (Capri) was really beautifully decorated plus neat & clean * Really nice and helpful staff, Emanuela organized everything for us (e.g. highly recommend taking a boat to one of the cities around) * Just to note: as the property is so small you always have to pre-order food, yet then it is served just for you feeling really exclusive ;)

We really loved the stay, just some minor remarks: * Breakfast quality can be improved (eg serving cut fruits, bigger selection of veggies, better quality of bread and cheese) * Broader wine selection would be nice, also in different price ranges * We were missing fresh pepper and salt * The ladder to access the sea could get a fresh-up * Charging 50€/day for parking seems exaggerated for the room price you already pay, yet there is also only one proper spot, so somehow they have to regulate I guess

I cannot even begin to rate this property. It is exquisite. The size of the room, the property on the coast - literally on the rocks; the beauty. The customer service; the welcome; the support getting around; the parking. The kindness and the over the top help in things beyond routine (shipping). Incredible. Do not miss this property.
