Absolutely beautiful interior and landscaping. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super clean. Probably one of the best places we've ever stayed at!

Nothing, but as a suggestion: A mirror inside the room would be helpful. And maybe one long table/sideboard instead of the small desk to maximise the space to place stuff from within luggage.

Great villas, pool etc. Excellent breakfasts. Excellent staff and the hosts Wayne (Deano) and Kylee where exceptional. Excellent local advice / guides and SUP surfing guides - nothing was to much trouble. Thanks guys for the great trip.

Beautiful little hotel in a quiet area of Kuta. Loved the garden and the pool area. Very friendly and helpful owners.

This place is amazing 😍 I love it and I have never stayed in a better spot in the whole of Asia. Kylee and Dino are the best host ever 💜 They will give you tips where to go and what to see. We were lucky enough to meet them both and they also took us to a few places. You will feel like at home. The rooms are beautiful, the garden is lovely and the swimming pool is very relaxing. Breakfast is delicious.This place is highly recommended and I will definitely come back there if I visit Lombok again. Thank you for everything ❤️

Everything about Drift Hideaway can only be formulated in superlatives. From the get go, you are embraced with a charming, loving & genuine welcome. The host, Dino, made sure that you are equipped with all the info one needs. Having just arrived., it's indeed very handy. The room is spotless (we were in room 3), spacious and bed very comfy. The courtyard is just inviting. The pool is literally at your doorstep.. A great plus is definitely the replenishing of cold drinking water (all in reusable glass bottles). Also,Kuta main road (which leads to the town centre) is only a 15min. walk - if you're not into renting a scooter (Dino will help you with this too). I can only highly recommend this place if you ever come to Kuta, Lombok.

I had a great time here and spend 2 more days than actually planned. Kylee is a very good SUP surfer and knows all the good spots around. She can also borrow you some surfboards or organize it for you as well as scooters for a good price. I had the best time here. Pancake breakfast is a highlight!

The rooms are truly delightful, and the entire establishment is impeccably maintained. Wayne goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you could possibly need. The breakfast is a culinary delight, freshly prepared each morning—an ideal kickoff to your day. Our five-night stay at this location was nothing short of amazing. You can walk to the main street in 10-15 min or ride with the scooter in about 3 min.

One minor inconvenience we experienced was the muezzin's early morning call (around 4 a.m.) waking us up daily. While this seems to be a common feature in many accommodations in Lombok, it's worth noting that it's beyond the owner's control. The nearby mosque, has seemingly more speakers on its roof than some clubs in Berlin have on their dance floors.

Where to begin! First and foremost, the host is phenomenal. From the moment my fiancé and I stepped foot on the property we were given a warm welcome and laughing within 5 minutes. The atmosphere is happy and easy going, the property is super modern but homey and the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. We were sorted with scooters in no time and given valuable information on surf spots, markets, gyms, great restaurants to visit and activities nearby. We specifically enjoyed the honest bar facility and the tea and coffee station that were regularly cleaned and restocked. The fact that you could help yourself to fresh water or coffee whenever you wanted was a personal favourite. The garden is a sort of oasis of beautiful plants and colourful flowers. Upon entering the unit we stayed at, the first thing we noticed was how clean, modern and functional the room was. The indoor/ outdoor bathroom gives you that island feel. The breakfast was great and honestly there is nothing we could fault. We were treated to an amazing local traditional barbecue on site which was special to be a part of. Shout out to Dino (the Lombok legend) and his Australian Marmite! We will most definitely be returning and telling all our friends and family about this little gem.

We absolutely loved our stay at Drift Hideaway with Dino and the team! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. It is a little hidden gem in Kuta, Lombok. If you are hesitating in booking, don’t…just book it! The decor inside and outside is just beautiful - a lush tropical garden welcomes you, with the swimming pool and rooms on the edge of the garden. The rooms are so so lovely and beautifully decorated. It was extremely comfortable - probably the comfiest bed we stayed in whilst travelling Indonesia! Dino has done a fantastic job at creating such a wonderful guesthouse. He was full of local tips and suggestions. He sorted out some laundry for us and bike hire straight away. We even joined a spontaneous BBQ on the first night with the other guests! Breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared and huge portions!! The kitchen/dining area is a lovely space and sociable. The location is also great - it’s about a 10/15 minute walk to the main strip or 2 mins on a scooter. Various beaches in either direction about 15/30 minutes away on a scooter.

How can we not recommend this hotel. The friendliness of the staff, the comfort, the decoration of the rooms, the delicious breakfasts.The availability of Deano and the boys, during my stay he helped me find surf lessons and even found me a bike, it couldn't be more perfect.

Deano can't help it but there was work in the street, I didn't get much use out of the garden because of the noise
