الفندق بشكل عام رائع !! لكن الغرف قديمة جدًا نسبة للسعر المدفوع لكن الطاقم رائع وراق.

الغرف قديمة والاسعار ليست منخفضة …الحمام قديم جدًا ويظهر انه ليس نظيف بسبب قدمه ويحتاج تجديد…الفندق مكتوب من مميزاته هادئ وملائم للاسترخاء وسافرت بغرض تحسين الحالة النفسية والهدوء بسبب حالتي الصحية لكن من وقت مبكر من الصباح احيانا قبل الثامنة لبعد غياب الشمس اغاني واحتفالات بدون توقف حتى بساعات القيلولة الامر دمر نفسيتي ولم استطع الراحة ابدًا وبعد انتهاء الاحتفالات الصاخبة وصراخ الاطفال يوجد سينما خارجية وان كانت غرفتك مطلة على البحر بالعامية اكلت هوا من الضجة طول اليوم

Обслуживание на обедах и ужинах, особенно со стороны менеджера ресторана по имени Мухаммед - всё было безупречно!

Фактически не работающий сервис проката лодок/скутеров/катеров. Формально открытый в конце пляжа, при попытке забронировать два скутера на определенное время девушка-менеджер информацию об этом забыла, а позже отказала в предоставлении услуги по оговоренной стоимости 60 динар за 15 минут. Сотрудник отеля, найдя забытый сувенирный ножик моего сына, спрятал его в сейф ресепшен и вернул только при выселении - якобы, из соображений безопасности!

We like the hotel and it's facilities, swimming pool, kids play zone, private beach, resturants, beach coffee and bar, the view of the room was unforgettable. The staff, all of them, were very kind to us and to our toddler, on thd beach they suggest to bring for him sand toys. The btreakfast was perfect, they really care for every small detali. Indeed it was unforgetable vacation, we certainley gonna book here again, we are very satisfied.

I hope the room was less crowded with furnture.

"اقامه سيئه ولا انصح احد في تجربة الفندق"

فقط استقبال الموظفين والمعامله كانت جيده والخدمه على باب الفندق من ناحيه امنيه ومساعده في احضار السياره والامتعه

الغرف قديمه جداً جداً مكيف معطل رطوبه داخل الغرف وطلاء مهري وجبصين مكسور اثاث قديم ومهتري ابواب مكسوره ثلاجه فارغه وذات رائحه بركة السباحه مليئه بورق الشجر سعر الليله غير ملائم لفندق 5 نجوم طلبنا من الليله الاولى الانتقال من الفندق لعدم الراحه لكن تم رفض طلبنا وارجاع المبلغ لنا
