Great food and location

Staff at the beach bar can get tired if you order too much

Amazing location which allows for snorkeling above the coral reefs, majority of the staff was very friendly, great food big culinary experience

Staff at the beach bar get little grumpy if you have all inclusive and order too many times a day, it's not possible to borrow a kayak and go beyond the main beach sea area

Food was good, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. They were proud of their resort and made us feel very welcome. The location was spectacular.

More storage for clothes in the room would have been useful. The omission of a pool is obviously a part of the concept but we would have liked the choice of using one.

Lovely location, nice beach and good quality food

After a heavy down pour raw sewage was dumped into the Bay Area turning the water visibly brown for the day. Some clearly was from the hotel, the owner should invest in proper waste disposal, the high prices in the resort should accommodate this. I will not be returning

Stunning location, good food, variety of activities. Fact they kept non residents away from main beach area

felt a little impersonal / over commercialised No effort made whatsoever if you are celebrating a special occasion - not even permitted to reserve a nice table due to the first come first serve policy( unless you pay ludicrous amounts for private dining / jade mountain upgrade) which means having to cut the day short to get to dinner by 7pm or risk turning up with no decent tables ( or even any table available on creole night which is shocking as management should be able to work out how many guests are staying and therefore how many tables required !) Excursions more expensive than other resorts Not enough storage in room
