The location

The parking ticket for tenant not very convenient, should have combine with room card so that the guest can tap in and out smoothly without need to go to counter every time.

The location is super good (we're using car)

we requested extra bed on booking.com but the hotel doesn't know anything and the rate of the extra bed is different from what was stated at booking.com. Also the hotel is not answering any message from booking.com, but we can call them.

The hotel was fine. Got a cafe to chill with your family at night. Got Netflix and youtube.

The room is too small, like too small. AND THE ROOM IS TOO NOISY FROM THE CAR AND MOTORCYCLE THAT PASSED BY OVER THE ROAD. I slept with regret because the previous hotel i stayed is more comfortable and even cheaper.
