Island is good

The service at this luxury hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff was incredibly slow—I’ve been requesting an invoice for over three days, and nothing has been sent. I also waited more than 45 minutes for my luggage to be brought from my villa to the reception, almost causing me to miss my flight. The breakfast was poor, and the restaurant is overpriced for what it offers. I won’t be returning, as it’s not worth the price or the reputation associated with the Four Seasons brand.

"Nice Stay"

Welcoming attitude. Nice food. Great pools and beach. Lovely stay and highly recommended. I loved using Whatsapp for communication with the hotel and room service.

Restaurants reservation system. Usually it's all fully booked but if you contact the hotel, they will help to find a slot.

"Four season is a brand for luxury but for Mauritius I won’t recommend as of my experience"

I had really a bad experience , staff was very rude and unwelcoming as I realized not only in front disk but also in restaurant, I had unpleasant stay as hotel gave villa at 9 pm although I arrived at 3 pm.

Villa not that clean and missing many essential items like brush , and have many mosquitoes and insects. We stay 3 night with out hot water and it was fixed in 3rd night . Water activities staff was lazy and they rejected to use some complementary facilities as they want to sell on chargeable activities
