"It was Less than average ,will not come back again to the same resort ."

Spacious , clean ,organized and comfortable Awad break fast chief was helpful and professional in presenting breakfast food menu which I like much more.

Food stuff is not prober especially Indian and Italian resturants. The price is very high inspite of low quality of food and the amount. The rate of room is very high with regard to 2023 rate which was reasonable that time .

"Merveilleux"

Rénové récemment, le Four Seasons est une merveille du début à la fin. Le resort est immense, tout est magnifique. On croise peu de gens, cadre intimiste et tranquille, très reposant. Les villas individuelles avec vue sur l’océan et le lever de soleil parfaites. Gros point fort pour la plage sur l’Ile au Cerf, paradisiaque ! Super spa, super salle de sport, offre de restauration très complète et variée. Service impeccable, rien à dire. Probablement un des meilleurs hôtels de l’île Maurice !

"If you are looking for immaculate service, look elsewhere"

The hotel was immaculate

The staff attitude towards black guest has to be addressed. Maybe they are used to seeing black guests in a position of servitude so they are used to treating them as servants. I had a villa and was ignored. When I brought up my concerns, staff rolled their eyes. For $5k/night, that's egregious.

Resort d exception Les villas et le complexe sont magnifiques Lés déplacements en vélo ou buggy vont partie du charme de l expérience La place privée de l île aux cerfs est paradisiaque Le service et le personnel sont parfaits

Le rapport qualité prix de certains restaurants n est pas toujours au rdv sauf pour le restaurant de plage et celui de poisson

Lots of activities Very good restaurants Nice rooms Nice beaches

Has issues with the AC in the room Customer we service was really slow - housekeeping don't respond to requests for simple things like we asked for a toothbrush and it took them 3 hours to bring us one. Our pool was not heated and despite asking for them to fix it they just kept us stalling. That completely ruined one and a half day of our stay which was a great disappointed as this was our honeymoon.
