MYI have stayed in more than 200 hotels before in Malaysia and this was by far one of my worst experiences. This will be my first and last stay here. When I first entered the room, there was a strong urine smell on the mattress and floor, and even the pillows smelled unpleasant. This is completely unacceptable, especially as I am pregnant and had to request a room change on a different floor. On the second day, the room suddenly had a blackout 2 times, and I had to wait almost 20 minutes for maintenance to arrive. Totally disappointing. My rate 1/10. Never get this bad experience. Even in budget hotels, this kind of thing never happens la wei

-Urine kind of smell on the sofa during my 1st day of arrival - A python appear just infront the toilet (behind the gym), when i call for security its disappear.
DEThe room was spacious, with seawiev, clean, bathroom with showercabin and toiletries. Breakfast was typical with western and Malaysian options, including fresh roti. They even sold cocktails. The seafood restaurant nearby was good. The resort is located remote, what can be very pleasant, but for longer stays probably very boring.

MYNo bell boy. Only one security guard in uniform trying to assist guest for loading/unloading, it shouldn't be his job! Looking at the hotel facilities, It should be rated as 3 star hotel, misleading! Restaurant for breakfast management is poor, you need to hunt for fork and spoon (not available on the table), and even plate is not refill on time. Accommodation charge is expensive but it is a poor place to stay. Somemore the beach is not suitable for swimming, tidy jelly fish appear here and there in the water. Painfull if you swim in it
