"Incredible views and a gorgeous space"

Incredible condo, beautifully decorated with the best views. We watched whales, dolphins and fireworks from the expansive balcony. It was very clean and well equipped. Smooth check in and the host was very responsive. We will book again.

Absolutely beautiful and stunning views. Adam was a terrific host and answered all of our questions promptly. Would stay there again with hopes of a firmer mattress and pillows for people like me who have a bad back.

The pillows and mattresses were too soft even though we had them on the firm side. Definitely need to restock the supplies for coffee, it was great Adam supplied them but they were obviously old and sugar was dried out.

The place was exactly as in the photos and Adam was a wonderful host! Everything was very nice and comfortable -- great blend of hotel and condo rental and the Christmas decor was a nice touch :) The location was centralized; we walked over to La Isla for Ubers or taxi, and just walked over to Soriana's (for grocery/alcohol buys) and to the peninsula plaza to CafeOnTop where we did breakfast 1-2x.

Thought the pool was open till 8pm, but it was 7pm, which was just too early. Also at that point, we were not allowed any hotel access, so we just had to organize our outings to start then vs. earlier in the day, which was totally fine. (Also, the shower drain was a little sluggish, but nothing that would take away from our overall positive experience.)

The space was beautifully laid out, everything was so clean and tidy, the views were AMAZING. The host was very responsive should we have needed anything

The pool hours were kind of dumb but that wasn't the fault of the host, it was the rules of the hotel.

Stunning views, great communication with the host. No real kitchen or cooking facilities/equipment. 2nd bedroom is small and dark, no windows. The front room did have a comfortable couch that was easy to convert to a bed, so no one had to stay in the "Cave" (which actually would be fine for a baby or small children) Loved the location and acess to the beach.

add a microwave and/or a cook top, as well as some additional pots and pans.
