Room spacious Bed fluffy Food great Many interesting places like cafes and kids play zone

No safe port to heat water. It's under the table plug I use to heat water. I went in the wrong season In the rainy season, I finish my baby 8 clothes changes and sweaters Wet my 2 sweaters, 2 pants and multiple shirts

Atmosphere & environment

Most of signages should be replace to the new one,. Please consider to open Jerai Gallery to show the history, tales and signature of Jerai to attract the tourists.

Overall it was such a refreshing experience. Waking up to the misty hills and calm surroundings felt like stepping into a postcard. The scenery around the resort is something special. Everywhere you look, there’s greenery and beautiful mountain views that make you feel instantly calm and recharged. The place and the view make it worth every bit. I’d definitely come back again just for the serenity and breathtaking landscape.

The restaurant could benefit from a more varied menu. The current selection feels quite limited, especially for guests staying more than a day or two.
