1. Staffs were friendly and responsive to our requests. 2. Location was near to White Island. It’s also strategic to tourist spots in Mambajao and Catarman regions. 3. Beachfront yet with swimming pools to enjoy as well

Im not sure if it’s the entire island’s issue but water supply was poor on our last day. Couldnt use the shower in the pool nor in the washroom. Thankfully there was a bucket provided in the washroom to save and store water.

The pools were well kept, the staff were friendly, the resort was close to very nice restaurants.

The parking was limited and difficult to park and exit. The sink in the bathroom kept getting blocked, there was no bidet for the toilet. No TV.

Nice location right on the beach , lovely swimming pool and out door area with drinking water , breakfast was nice

Wifi didn’t work in the room

It was next to Chills bar so at least you can eat something

No WiFi in the room in general very tired and needs a good clean. The pool visibility was 2ft so not clean and dangerous for kids as you could loose sight of them as you can’t see the bottom. It was cleaned every day but needs chlorine to clear the water and clean properly. The bathroom was grimy and really need a deep clean Aircon was very old style and noisy but worked ok just kept you awake The final part was the gardener having a pee by a tree in full view while I was having breakfast. I have worked in the travel industry for many years and this is definitely not value for money.
