Lidt høje hovedpuder, gav os lidt dårlig nattesøvn, for mange der ville sælge og tjene penge på forskellige ting på stranden, uden for hotellet.

After staying at a Henann Hotel In Boracay it was an obvious choice to choose them for our stay in Panglao. We extended our stay due to flight changes and enjoyed every minute of it. This group has the friendliest and most hard working staff I have ever experienced. The room, bed and air conditioning was first class. Breakfast was varied and the staff were attentive and friendly.

Unfortunately the beach in front of the hotel was not that great. The hotel makes up for it with three huge pools with ample sun-beds.

It would be my first to give feedback to a re-known hotel regarding staffs esp at the front desk , I was honest enough to provide how many accompanying family was with me (7 in total ), provided the total head count and was given a suggestion that I needed to secure another deluxe room for the extra's as per policy , I booked two rooms with 2 beds inside and came to knew that only 2 can be in 1 room with 2 beds ? that was frustrating , and another extra with another 2 beds with the same set up ! . I made an effort as the staff from the reception suggested to get another deluxe to accommodate 3 relatives , Then staff had said that the extra room had a complimentary dinner buffet which I shouldn't have grab and refused and instead we should have eaten somewhere to begin with bec even if u have consumed an amount it would still not be a leniency for the staff at the reception to pledge your situation about placing another 2 family member with us in the same room . I was at dinner , when the receptionist was bothering me and notified me that another 1 extra member had to pay additional 2 days stay wth! and again I pledged. Aside from a room I got , I have to incured another per day charge for that 1 extra fam member in which atleast the receptionist had suggested to get a bigger room atleast to accomodate (3 ) During check out, I was all charged ! and heard from another receptionist , ( what will I gave to him he never gave any deposit upon checking in referring to another guest ) and both realized that I was standing infront - This is not a budget friendly hotel, I did observed that since the property is just close to nearby restaurant- any unauthorized guest can utilized accessible aminities without informing staffs - which has also a day charges . my vacation was stressful and the receptionist who was not helpful at all .

Big hotel with rather mass tourism, but if this is what you’re looking for, it’s perfectly well maintained and organized :)
