The pool is OK

The service was bad. We stayed overnight and there was no body who can tend to us after 8pm. The food was so pricey. We rented 3 rooms, the other 2 was Ok except the 8 bed dormitory, which I strongly don't recommend. It feells like a barrack. It was very uncomfortable. The staff had a party aftet 8 pm. They said that the guests cannot use the pool after 8 pm. Only to find out that the staff was having a pool party and it was so disturbing to the paying guests. There was a lot of loud noise and there were yelling, looks like somebody was so drunk and they were having a fight. There was no security around. We felt so unsafe staying in VISTA PALOMA RESORT. The place and the food was so NOT WORTH IT!

The place was accessible to the event where the family had to attend. It’s an okay property but I guess having coffee at 8:30 a.m. is a little late. Most hotels would make coffee / tea available in the room or at the lobby.

Maybe improve on the food service especially the time serving.

I like the vibe of the property. It looks cozy and pleasing to the eyes. The staff are also accommodating.

The property is too public. I was expecting that it is only exclusive for those who booked with hotel and the property, yet it turns out that it is open for everyone and it makes the pool too public. The room is too expensive for how it looks and the linens does not smell good. The food is also expensive yet most of it tastes good. it has a lot to improve.

We love the swimming pool, food, service, and the owner is very friendly. We love our stay here.

We didn't like that we only stayed for 2 nights.
