It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We liked the bathroom especially the shower. The views from our room was fantastic.

The process of checking in and out was not smooth at all. The front desk people were not helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk officer, Gene did not know the procedure well she had to call two higher ups for help for help. She seemed overwhelmed. It took us one hour and half to finish the checking in And the room was not ready until 330 pm.

High-tech, spacious room and very near to the mall and airport

No availability in pearl wing even though we requested it months ahead

朝食会場も広く、レパートリーも豊富でした。カジノも比較的静かで日本人用のブースもあり快適でした。 ホテル内のレストランを利用した際、アプリの登録とか丁寧に教えてくれとても親切にしていただきました。

ただホテル内のレストランを数件利用しましたが、スタッフはたくさんいるのにオーダーの際呼んでもスタッフ同士話に夢中になり気が付いてもなかなか席に来てくれませんでした。

Everything exceeded my expectations. The facilities were world-class, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive. The luxurious atmosphere made our stay truly relaxing and unforgettable. Thank you, Okada, for making my mom’s birthday celebration so special, seeing her happy made the experience even more meaningful. We can’t wait to come back!

The Location coming from North Luzon via Skyway, it was a pleasant drive

There are no seats for people checking in, especially the check in counter in front of the casino entrance. The check in time was 3PM, we had to wait for more than an hour for our room to be cleaned, considering it was booked in advanced. The Medley Buffet does not have enough seating for their hotel guests, and we were asked to wait or come back considering that they only serve breakfast til 10AM.
