You have your own private beach. I’ve been to a lot of places. This beach is by far the most spectacular thing you’ll ever see in the Philippines.

Nice and spacious rooms, friendly staff, good food, location on the beach, really helpful staff if something is wrong and always ready to help

The pictures of this resort have not been updated for the last 10 years - statement confirmed by the owner and his assistant during my stay at the resort. The pictures you see on Boocing.com / Agoda do not show the actual condition of the property in the front of the resort/ beach area (03/2026) This especially applies to the beach sunbeds that should provide a pleasant beach holiday. Forget it! There is none on the beach, everything is neglected, destroyed and nothing is maintained in front of the resort - a very ugly and unpleasant condition in the front of resort... Traces of burning and garbage are everywhere around the beach , this is the only resort in all S.E. Asia that I have visited where the owner does not even think to clean the beach in front of his resort for his guests - he just doesn't care - it's a unbelivable and shocking ! The low tide and from the nature given swimming restrictions in the sea in the front of this resort are present daily after 2 pm. It means - here is no swimming after 2 p.m. because the sea can turn back up to 50 meters far away . The pool in the resort is very small, the water circulation will be turned on ONLY IF the owner and his friends are refreshing themselves in it - for all other guests there is no rinsing of the water when swimming. I did not use it, but as a guest - I also did not feel invited and welcome to use it from the side of the owner. The smell of burning is constantly present on the beach because Filipinos are constantly burning everything in the bay on the beach. Breathing is than really unpleasent. No credit cards will be accepted - only cash! This resort is very difficult to reach because it is a 30-minute drive from the first major town (Odiongan). A tricycle might bring you from Odiongan to the beach - it will cost you 700-900 PHP. At the end, when you leave this resort the owner asks for a transfer back to Odiongan 1200 PHP

Die Unterkunft war geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage war traumhaft direkt am Binucot Beach. Peter und sein Koch Benjamin waren herzliche Gastgeber und Freunde. Das gezapfte Bier war eiskalt und das Essen bisher das beste in den Philippinen.

Dass wir nach drei Tagen wegen unserer Reisepläne wieder abgereist sind.😀

Das Resort liegt direkt an einem herrlichen Strand. Vom offen Restaurant hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Man kann sich das leckere Essen auch zu den kleinen Pavillons am Strand bringen lassen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Matratzen bequem. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Resort ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Leider gibt es keinen Balkon vor den Zimmern. Aber das haben wir vorher gewusst und zu den Pavillons am Strand sind es nur wenige Meter.
