staff were very helpful always ready to help. close by to shopping center. the Aircon was very strong and heated water for showering early in the morning.

I stepped on dog poo outside the gate hahaha. maybe keeping the outside clean also. but of course not their fault.

Very helpful staff, pet friendly and the presidential suite is ample room to do staycation! And the bathroom is spacious, that’s a plus :)

They could do better with the food.

Easy to locate on the map, staff were nice and friendly, the place is like a mansion, rooms are clean and there's a private bathroom in each room, installed with tv with Netflix, there's a small personal ref and kettle, small table and monoblock chairs too. Ample water supply, a shower with heater in the bathroom. Towels and disposable slippers are provided. The AC was working fine, there was a room whose AC didn't cool at first, so they provided us an electric fan, toilettries were provided too...there's a designated area for bbq, pool has slides which the children enjoyed.

We couldn't sleep well one night because there was a gathering of sort one night and like an online selling the next night. We could hear it from the inside. The water in the pool didn't look clear..

Everything's so bad. From the ameneties to location to service. Might as well as just renovate the whole property.
