The staff were honest and courteous. My aunt forgot her pair of earrings and one of the staff found it and returned it to me before we left the resort. I forgot hee name but please give them my commendation.

The water in the shower is not too strong. Also i hope there is an area in the restroom for toiletries.

Rooms are decent. Staffs are friendly and responds to room service calls right away. Restaurant foods are delicious with good portion sizes and decent prices.

The bathroom air freshener was too strong it gave me a headache, we have to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. Bathroom fixtures need updating, need to put shelves inside the shower for the toiletries. I had to put my body wash, shampoo and conditioner down at the floor while I shower. There was no rain shower head in my son’s suite, only handheld shower but he couldn’t remove it because it was fixed against the wall luckily they’re tall enough to get to the water level coming out. Your guests could use a bench or small tables in front of the mirror to put stuffs like makeup, etc…

Excellent garden serene ambiance, calm and quiet facility, friendly, courteous staff from the reception to ground staff. Comfortable bed.

No shelves/ hook in the bathroom/ bedroom to hang belongings, no sliding door in the shower resulted of water all over the floor.
