I like that the staff were all helpful. Left my mom’s earrings and they help me ship it to our house. Very accommodating.

The beach needs a little bit of clean up

I like the exclusivity of the place. There are no big crowds along the area, so you can have the beach all by yourselves.

Maybe some of the furniture inside the villa should not be there since it occupies some space like the platform on the ground floor that looks like a stage.

Great location and host

Everything was perfect - the food, staff, room, the view, the location plus it's super peaceful.

My only concern is the minimal water flow from the shower and bathroom.

Very peaceful quiet and Zen! Kind of remote but easy to have the office call for a rental of a motorcycle or get a tuk tuk to get around. The beach was wonderful to walk on especially low tide and there were not a lot of stray dogs. Only saw two and they did not come close to me. I love dogs, but I’m afraid of the wild ones on some of the beaches I’ve been at. This wasn’t the issue here. The beaches were fairly clean and a nice walk in either direction. The sunsets were awesome and the sunrise was awesome and both could be viewed from my room, which was right on the ocean. I loved hearing the waves and there were chase lounges that I could snap on in the afternoon, which was awesome. . They don’t start to serve coffee until around 8:30 AM and with me being an early riser that was an issue. I mention that and they had the staff come at 7:30 so that was nice for the other days I was there. There was no TV in my room, just be aware and that did not affect me at all! The air conditioning and ceiling fan was excellent and the hot water was excellent. Took a little, figuring out to figure out how to use the hot water in the shower, but then it was not an issue. I could’ve used an extra set of towels, but again not a big deal. I did need a couple extra pillows which they brought, and the beds were comfortable and the pillows were comfortable The staff were top-notch, very pleasant They have working students who work their butts off! I needed a little help getting around, and the students were very gracious to help me The food was excellent at the restaurant no complaint whatsoever I could easily come back to this place and stay even longer. It was very peaceful. The landscaping was beautiful as well. The hammocks outside were enjoyable to use.

There are safety issues. The patio in front of the restaurant have two levels with 2 foot straight drop offs with no guard rails or visibility strips or benches or pots in the front to prevent you from falling off. The first day I almost fell. Someone was pointing something out, and I didn’t see that it was two levels. It looked flat so that scared me. This was concerning to me because of my history of dizziness and a little difficulty in walking. But I was careful and I did not fall, but I see that as a potential Problem, and I did mention it to the receptionist.
