The diving was absolutely the highlight of our stay — Clark was an excellent macro spotter, and the dive sites were vibrant and unforgettable. The gentleman who helped with the trike was incredibly kind and helpful — a real gem, He went over and above to assist. Beds were very comfortable, and the staff responded quickly when we raised issues: the room was re-cleaned, a water dispenser was added, and scooter rental and transfers were arranged efficiently. The security guard was also lovely and welcoming. Despite the rocky start, the friendliness of the staff really turned things around.

Unfortunately, our stay began on a disappointing note. We weren’t informed in advance that our originally booked room was under construction, and what was offered as an “upgrade” didn’t suit our needs — it lacked outdoor space like a balcony, which is something we specifically look for. The arrival experience was also lacking: no drinking water provided, the fridge wasn’t plugged in, and the bathroom was dirty with thick black hair in the plughole and smeared surfaces. The kitchen was poorly equipped — just one mug, which we had to ask the restaurant for. The mirrored glass in the room offered no privacy at night, making it feel a bit like a goldfish bowl. Also, they didn’t accept card payments, and with the local ATM down, we had to push for them to accept a bank transfer instead of cash up front for diving. These things added unnecessary stress.

The unit we rented was not cleaned. An unused mattress was left in fhe walk in closet blocking the mirror and rendering us unable to use the closet. No tissue, toothpaste or soap normally found for guests use. Most of all, my family whom we invited for a get together were not allowed in. This resort is disappointing in all aspects.

The unit we stayed in was not cleaned. My husband’s feet was black after walking around barefoot. Family whom we invited was not allowed im, we had to rent a nearby resort and move the caterer there at the last minute. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

It is in a great location, easy driving there, without driving in gravel. It has a great design layout for the full apt. Type of units. Beautiful pool and access to the ocean for dives. The restaurant/ bar area is lovely. We had breakfast one time there and was good and resonably priced. The staff, from the nighttime security guard, the 3 helpers and the onsite manager, all were lovely people. The only thing that I was happy about was the beds were extremely comfortable, linens smelled very clean and so were the bath towels. Brand new fridge was great. They helped us switch units.

Parking is a bit tight, but manageable. I ground this place through google booked the stay in the 1 bedroom apartment type units since my spouse is handicapped. The designed space is great but all of the onsite amenities left little to be desired. Everything was a bit off. Now all of the other apt units were vacant we were given one which had a roof leak and you could see the staining. The floor was not cleaned my husband’s feet were black as soon as we checked in. The were some utensils and pates and a pot/pan, but they were disgustingly dirty looking. I had plastic utensils and we bought our own cups to use. We did not cook because there wasn’t anything provided that you would expect, especially when Oahu g 2,500 pesos per night. I had developed a cough and congestion, it was clear it was from the musty mold smell. We did ask for a room change after the 3rd day, since we liked there area. They accommodated us. Once we switched units we could compare the differences. Also, I noticed that the young lady doing the cleaning was cleaning mainly with extremely diluted soap. This explained the lack of good cleaning. She wasn’t given the proper tools to use to clean. So when you compare, 1 unit has a toilet paper holder, the other did not. One had bath mat, the other not. One TV was smart tv, other not (we asked them to give us the smart tv when we switched rooms) one room had hot water, the other did not. We just thought since it was warm the water heater was not great,it wasn’t until we switched the first 3 days, we only had cold water. One had kitchen soap, the other had a water bottle with some soap inside of it. There was no hair dryer in either unit. But when I checked out, I saw a whole bin full of hair dryers.Even a Motel 6 had better amenities. There were only 2 bath towels, no hand or face or kitchen towels. Anyway, on our last day when we checked out, I had expressed all these issues to the manager.

Staff very friendly and accommodating and the pool view is very relaxing

The ocean view right in front of swimming pools is beautiful and calming.

No house keeping knocking our door to see if we need cleaning or pick up trashed, maybe they want us to ask them.
