the place,very good for a vacation

limited breakfast selection and it is included in the price upon check in.

what you see is what you get. staffs are very accommodating. we booked the family room and it was so spacious.

included breakfast should be improved. a little more expensive for its price value.

Location was good, bed was fine, large room, staff were helpful

A/C had an anemic fan, took a long time to cool the room

The aircon was not sufficient for the size of the room, it was set to 16C and the room was still hot. Unable to use restaurant/pool facilities for the first evening due to an event being hosted by the venue. We were unaware of this limitation prior to booking nor were we informed about this as the check-in date was approaching. Breakfast took over 40 minutes to be delivered even though we were the only guests in the restaurant. Furthermore, most of the breakfast menu items were either not available or had replacements. The room is advertised with soundproofing but this couldn't be further from the truth - we could hear cars driving past, guests talking in their rooms in addition to other ambient noises. Finally, the resort advertises a beach front but there is no such thing as this resort - it is simply a wall overlooking the sea.
