Pisałem już wcześniej. Personel, głównie na recepcji. Nastawiony na pomoc, wszelkie zgłoszone problemy i prośby zostały spełnione. Duże zaangażowanie i uprzejmość - to na ocenę MAXYMALNĄ.

Zimna woda kranie, brak informacji o menu obiadowym - to także na niekorzyść obiektu, wcześniejsze info (najpóźniej przy śniadaniu), sprawi także to, że będzie więcej zamówień.

"Ogólnie: ZADOWOLONY, pewnie skorzystam kolejny raz."

Personel w recepcji, wszelkie prośby załatwione pozytywnie - wyraźnie zaangażowanie. Śniadania smaczne. Dobra, mooocna kawa. Możliwość zakwaterowania psa i teren wokół doby na spacery, zarówno z małym jak i dużym zwierzęciem.

Można poprawić wygodę łóżek. Bywają ciasne pokoje - OK - bywa, ale przyda się dokładniejsza informacja o standardzie pokoju, ponieważ w ofercie "taka sama" "dwójka", za tę samą cenę, jedna jest fajna przestrzenna, a druga ciasna jak najtańszym hostelu czy schronisku.

"Jeżeli zapłacisz tyle, co ja (120 zł za nocleg pt/sob), to można rozważyć. Inaczej - nie."

Lokalizacja - koniec Karpacza, Wang blisko, w to celowałem i to dostałem. Poza tym ładny, poniemiecki budyneczek i miła recepcjonistka.

Czystość, a dokładniej jej brak - nieumyta umywalka, niewyniesione śmieci, 2 ostatnie listki papieru toaletowego, pokruszone czipsy na podłodze, byle jak zasłane łóżko. Mam nadzieję (choć nie pewność), że przynajmniej pościel i ręczniki były świeże.
