Właściciele obiektu to bardzo dobrzy ludzie. Pomocni i uczciwi. Teren obiektu zadbany i ładny. Parking dobry.

Łazienki są zaniedbane. Zdecydowanie powinny przejść remont i odświeżenie. Powinna być zapewniona poprawna wentylacja. Nie jest to standard jaki powinno się serwować gościom nawet przy budżetowym noclegu. Zapchane odpływy, nie przykręcone krany, grzyb.
