Location great, just next to highway, close to krakow,to the shop 10min walk

No fridge in rooms,maybe there is common use fridge, didnt ask

Not much

It Needs a complete overhaul. Dirty, outdated, the grounds have not been maintained. The staff needs a lot of Customer Service Training!

"Disappointing"

Very noisy to sleep, you can hear everything from corridors. Breakfast was with very few options, there were only sandwich material and puddings. When we arrived we had to wait for 30minutes for our room (we arrived at 8pm).
