- micul dejun ff slab !!! - iluminatoarele de exit din camera sunt ff enervante noaptea , nu poti dormi de lumina care o emana in camera - caldura nu era pornită în hotel 🤦, deși erau puține grade în termometru afară .

Am dormit de fiecare dată bine.

Am avut un bec în cameră care nu se stingea orice aș fi apăsat. Nu se stingea nici dacă luăm cardul pentru curent. Apa la duș venea ba fiartă, ba rece, ba călduță.

Reception was always manned, able to check in early, large room with balcony.

Carpets throughout hotel & room were stained and filthy, the hot water in our en-suite shower wasn't working, and when brought up to reception we were just told to use the showers in the pool changing rooms. After asking reception twice what time the evening open shower session was (and being told it started at 8pm), we went down at 8.30, to find lessons taking place in every lane of the pool, and told by the instructors we had to wait around 20 minutes for them to finish. There is also no shallow end in the pool, which isn't stated in the facilities, and meant my husband (who isn't a confident swimmer, but still wanted to enjoy the water), didn't feel comfortable using the pool (which was ultimately the reason why we chose this particular hotel). We were also disappointed with the limited breakfast spread, especially on our first day, as we were told a football team that was staying had gone through most of the food, and even though there was 1 hour 20 minutes left of the breakfast service when we went down, they didn't bother replenishing it, which meant we only had scraps to choose from. The coffee is also only available to have in tiny disposable Espresso cups. Considering we paid for a 'superior' room, the bed was also incredibly uncomfortable, with a thin mattress on a wooden base, which left both myself & my husband with back pain after our 2 night stay. Another negative is that the fire exit sign in the room was lit to a point we had to put a towel over it just to be able to sleep as it was unnecessarily bright for such an open plan room. Overall we were VERY disappointed with the stay, with it becoming a constant stress rather than a relaxing break, and definitely want to warn others that the hotel seems to operate as primarily a sports facility, with the hotel definitely being an after-thought, so don't expect to be considered a priority.

Lumea este prietenoasă.

În cameră erau tot felul de pete și pe pereți și pe perdea. Sincer mă așteptam la aproape 80€ camera sa fie mai curat si mai ok. Am luat camera cu vedere la piscină și am primit o camera cu vedere la zona industrială (să nu mai zic de ventilatoarele care făceau gălăgie). Mare grijă la ce oră ajungeți pentru ca fiind un centru unde se face înot, s-ar putea să stați ceva până găsiți loc de parcare (asta dacă aveți mașina peste 1.9m și nu încape în subteran).

Personal amabil si atent la nevoile clientilor, atat la receptie, cat si la restaurant si la bar si le multumim. Ne-am bucurat de parcarea subterana, pentru ca nu a stat masina in soare.

Consider ca ar trebui sa gasiti o solutie ca sa eliminati acea lumina permanenta de deasupra usii din camera, deoarece creeaza un disconfort major noaptea, luminand mult prea puternic. Si sunt convinsa ca nu este doar parerea mea.
