Great location (quiet neighborhood, but close to the city center) with enough parking space, very good breakfast, cozy rooms and very, very friendly staff - always looking to help and make your stay better.

The building is missing an elevator.

I want to motivate the owner of this place to do a lot of changes. Also to warn the people who want to visit this place. The host who welcomed us didn't speak English and accepted payment only by cash (we wanted to pay by card). It was hard for me even to get a document for my payment. The room was clean but everything inside was so low-cost that was horrible - the beds, pillows, towels, soap, some appliances were not even working. The breakfast was supposed to be served from 07:00 a.m. but the responsible lady was smoking outside without preparing anything even at 07:30 a.m. The breakfast is literally two eggs and a few low-cost products bought from LIDL. The parking is free but very small. The room was noisy as even the windows were closed you can hear every passing car near the villa. There's no restaurant in the villa and the local places where you can eat offer expensive food which is even not delicios. It's also hard to find the Villa or to navigate in Sobotiza.
