I liked the location and that it’s close to a river.

I think there was an event nearby and it was loud music until 3am… hard to sleep

As described, as per pictures. Quiet, availability, supporting, clean, balcony with view to the valley and park. Parking is OK. Possibilities to explore hills with forests or to reach the small city and restaurants.

Cars running >30 limits on the street, almost path. Could slide on the tube from the bath. Attention at shower!

The amount paid for accommodation at this property is quite low. The property is just outside the city, in a nice place at the edge of the forest, with a nice park and playground for children. The rooms are not very large, but clean and offer all the basic supplies, as stated in the property presentation. Comfortable beds and sufficient electrical outlets to charge several devices at the same time. Very good communication with the owners, who do their best to make your staying enjoyable. The restaurant available close to the property is very nice, and also delivers food at the property. Supermarkets, ATMs, etc., are also quite close.

The windows need insect screens. Since there is no air conditioning, sleeping with closed windows during hot summer nights is almost unbearable. But, since the forest is just outside the windows, lots of mosquitoes enter the room. The rooms are all right, but maintenance seems rather low - there are many tiny things out of order, and when they add up it can get annoying: one of the light bulbs on the hallway needs to be replaced - it leaves you in darkness for a section, and it is easy to trip on one of the many things stored there; some of the tap screens are missing, and water just splashes everywhere when on, many of the flushing devices are not functioning properly, table lamps are missing light bulbs, and so on. Most of these things can be fixed rather easily, but, for some reason, they are not. Very low wifi quality - not usable most of the time.
