Czyste pokoje i cały obiekt. Doskonała lokalizacja dla jeżdżących na nartach, dobre wifi. Restauracja na miejscu, ceny dobre ale ilość potraw nie zbyt duża.

Beznadziejne usytuowanie telewizora.

Hotel jako takový je moc pěkný, ubytování čisté a pohodlné.

Bohužel stěny jsou velmi tenké, takže je slyšet úplně všechno – hluk z chodby, křik i sprchování od sousedů, což ruší klid. Snídaně byly spíše průměrné, často jen vlažné. Největším zklamáním bylo wellness. Venkovní vířivka nefungovala, parní sauna nepříjemně zapáchala, finská měla málo stupňů a infra sauna se neustále sama vypínala. Přitom je wellness zpoplatněné navíc, což je vzhledem k jeho stavu opravdu neodpovídající. Škoda, jinak by byl pobyt fajn.
