The owner! She was such a wonderful and caring person. On our departure she offered us a papaya form the orchard which was one of the best I had in Thailand. We booked the homestay to visit Phanom Rung (about 80 km away) and there were literally no charming options close by. We did not regret staying at Baan Thung Homestay as it is great value for money and gives you plenty of privacy.

There are no food options in walking distance and Grab did not deliver. Hopefully the situation will better once local businesses pop up again to serve delicious local Thai food.

The surrounding vegetable garden is not very atractive. The bathroom (wall) is not clean.

everything is spot on, bungalow well equipped, and you truly have the feeling to be in country side. Some good restaurant near by. The value for money is exceptional.
