River Kwai Park & Resort

We’ve liked the room that was really clean and refurbished with everything that you might need. The river room it’s a little bit far from the reception but if you call them they are ready to help you as much as they can! Even tho their English isn’t the best they are ready to try to help you in every single way that you need. Everything everything you need, trust me!

If you’re staying more than one night be aware that the only dinner option it’s going to be them and only them. The area around it’s surrounded about coffee places and one maybe two restaurants that are closing early in the evening so if you’re coming back just stop at the reception and order some food before you’re going back to your room! This is going to be the only advice I’d like to tell you! Prepare the translator with you.

Location was good.

House was a bit dark.

Staff are good

No swimming pool, no water games and dirty water in lake and can’t breathe if stayed in room. Breakfast also very limited items, barely bread and fried egg. Not even hot milk

-the view was 10/10 -staff were amazing, don’t speak any English but very friendly -easy to get the bus to Erawan Waterfalls (might be worth staying closer though or in Kanchanaburi) -bed was always fresh and comfortable -shampoo and shower gel provided but no hairdryer -bikes to use and ride around park

-it wasn’t very clean in the accommodation (bathroom, floor in the corners) -the pool had no water in it -there was no karaoke -the restaurant was never open and the closest restaurants all shut at 6pm making it difficult to eat unless walking 30mins+ on a main road in the pitch black -security dog at the front was very scary, didn’t like us at all. It should have been put on a lead as was close to biting my partner.
