Priveliștea superba,amplasarea hotelului pe coasta este minunata.De aceea venim de mulți ani la acest resort. Piscina încălzită la fel,minunata mai ales când vremea este nefavorabila.

Anul acesta am avut o camera care avea mânerele de la broasca stricate(se mișcau si aveai impresia ca nu se închide usa).Patul este inconfortabil,deoarece este din doua paturi si nu te poți odihni deloc.La capitolul mancare,sunt zile si zile.Se cam repeta meniul, dar ai ce sa alegi.Sucurile de la dozator, groaznice .Se mai poate lucra la acest lucru,mai ales ca este un hotel de 4 stele.Anul acesta am primit mesaj pe booking cu 1 zi înainte de plecare, in care se cerea feedback si ca ma așteaptă cu un alt sejur.Nu mi-a plăcut acest lucru,mai ales ca mai aveam 1 zi de cazare.De aceea in ziua check out am plecat cat se poate de devreme si la recepție,am primit doar un "mulțumesc "am spus eu "La revedere "

Хареса ми много градината, която е страхотно поддържана. Басейните, локацията, гледката.

Комплекса има нужда от поддръжка. Имаше липсващи плочки в средния басейн. Много псяжини навсякъде. Помещенията и до лоби бара и в ресторанта не бяха метени, мити камо ли. Фасове по ъглите до масите за пинг-понг. Знам как трябва да изглежда такъв комплекс, тъй като съм работила в този бранш. Имаше доста от какво да се желае хигиената в самия комплекс.
