Topola Skies Resort & Aquapark

A fost minunat! De la curățenie, care se făcea zilnic, prosoape schimbate zilnic, până la mâncarea mai mult decât suficientă și diversă (doar cârcotașii vor spune că nu este ok mâncarea, până și acasă avem zile când mâncăm același fel de mâncare de două ori... 😉). De piscine ce sa mai spun... complexul este plin de piscine pentru toate categoriile de vârstă, aqua park-ul, locurile de joaca, amfiteatrul animat seara, totul este perfect pentru familii cu copii.

Singurul inconvenient este ca Topola Skies nu are o plaja proprie, iar cea care se afla în apropierea complexului este micuță, murdară și plina de stânci, dar chiar și asa, totuși, complexul oferă transportul cu mașini proprii până la această plaja, ceea ce este un plus pentru proprietate.

Este un resort în care nu ai timp sa te plictisești, multe activități pentru toată lumea. Toate facilitățile (piscine,terase, Aqua parc,locuri de joaca,etc)ușor conectate.Pentru noi 5 zile nu au fost destule pentru a ne bucura de toate.Foarte multă verdeață in jurul resortului, 15 min de mers pe jos până la plaja sau transfer gratis cu microbuzele din oră in oră . Și cel mai bun lucru de care te lovești,greu de găsit prin alte locuri, este amabilitatea personalului de peste tot.,am fost întâmpinați, ajutați, serviți numai cu zâmbetul pe buze.

No one cleaned my room for 5 days, even though I complained about it twice to the reception and I did put the “Clean my room tag “ every day. Also, extremely noisy during meal times - my daughter had to wear noise canceling headphones during meal times - over 85 dba

The only positive was the option of evening swims in the cold outdoor pool.

We stayed for 4 nights and honestly, the hotel didn’t live up to what we expected. Coffee outside meal times was only served in thin plastic cups that bent with the heat – if you wanted a proper paper cup, you had to pay extra. On top of that, the machines were switched off straight after breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks were watered down. Our daughter cut her foot twice in the indoor pool on a sticking-out screw – my husband had to actually show staff where it was as they couldn’t find it. When we went to report it, the receptionist was more interested in her phone and we had to insist she made a report. Even though we asked to be contacted by the manager about it, nobody ever got back to us. We also hung the sign asking for clean sheets but they weren’t changed – the sign was just put back. The restaurant staff were unfriendly, shouted at us in front of our children and even made aggressive gestures. Bread was handled with bare hands until another guest pointed it out and only then gloves were used. The place itself is tired and needs a refresh.
