A localização é imbatível - ao lado de todos pontos turísticos. O atendimento de todos colaboradores é impecável sem exceção. Apesar de ser um hotel tradicional com anos de existência mantém a sua hospitalidade, gastronomia e manutenção em dia. Parabéns.

Senti um pouco a falta de um SPA com massagens e etc. Uma sugestão seria fazer uma parceria com alguma rede. De resto excelente.

Excelente localização no centro da cidade e funcionários bastante atenciosos.

Devido a idade alguns aspectos deixam a desejar como o peso da água (nada que um pressurizador não resolva) e falta de um tapete de borracha no box de banho (piso escorregadio)
