The shuttle service and the access to the beach

I think they could improve the breakfast service by adding more food options and making it easier for people to find food. Right now it’s pretty confusing to identify what food is where

We had money stolen from us during our stay at this hotel. They offer free transfers but upon leaving the hotel, we had 30,000 yen in our wallets in the morning before we left and it was gone by the time we got to the airport. I have followed up for literally weeks and despite them agreeing that the money didn’t just disappear by magic and they will reimburse us, we are still out of pocket and they are no longer responding to our messages. The hotel is tired and old with smelly, stained rugs. We paid for an executive suite but you’re at the back of the hotel, away from the beach and overlooking the slums in front of it. Be very careful when staying here. There are so many nicer hotels in the area, would recommend staying elsewhere.
