Angecroft Park

Beds were very comfy, and bedding clean and crisp. Clean sink and toilet in the bathroom, clean stove. No WiFi, but very fast mobile internet (I was using O2 network). Very peaceful, nature all around.

Add for this was very misleading - photos are only of wooden cabins, so this is what I expected, instead we got caravan - dated and tired. Upholstery in living room was very dirty and stained, with dog hair visible. Blankets smelled fresh, but were also covered in dog hair. We washed and the cups, plates and pots on arrival - some of them were dirty, like splashed with fat from frying pan. Dead flies/insects in every single ceiling lampshade. Park located in a secluded spot, far from everything, long drive to any attraction.

The location was beautiful. Middle of nowhere just what we wanted.

Unfortunately the staff were rude. There were occupier/owners who were also quite unpleasant, acted like you were a nuisance because they live there permanently. The bed were uncomfortable and ruined your sleep so you couldn’t really enjoy the day because you would wake up with back pains and body pains. Quite difficult to locate, and no network coverage unless on Vodafone.

A lovely place for a base but very little on the site itself.. A very spacious caravan. Well laid out. great outdoor seating area

caravan was very dated, Bedding was clean but very old fashioned. Just all needs updated.Cooker must be 40 years old.

The main attraction is the location. it is quiet and very secluded, away from all the noise. I was on EE and it had no reception, which to be honest was great.

The cleanliness of this place is not great. I would recommend taking extra pillowcases, or even pillows and bedding. We had 2 dead birds on the patio, so didn't go out onto the patio The whole bird experience was terrible. The kids were sad and kept asking a lot of questions. General cleanliness is poor. It's a shame really.
