Hideout Koh Kood

A truly beautiful hotel surrounded by palm trees, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Complimentary kayaks are available and it’s also possible to rent scooters directly from the hotel at a good price. There are plenty of sun loungers and bean bags to relax on. The hotel has a saltwater pool, which the kids especially loved. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality. The hotel’s beach is rocky, but just a 3-minute walk away is Khlong Hin Beach — a beautiful sandy beach. The partly unpaved road to the hotel didn’t bother us at all. Koh Kood is special for its authentic Thai charm rather than tourist shops and crowds. This was our second time visiting Koh Kood, and we can confidently say this is one of the most beautiful hotels on the island. Highly recommended!

Eine wunderschöne gut gepflegte Anlage direkt am Meer wo man den Sonnenuntergang geniessen kann in einem der Strandstühle und einem Drink von der Bar.

Orage une nuit, petit fuite dans notre chambre qui a été réparé le lendemain matin et une remise de 10 % proposé sans qu’on demande rien …

Die Lage der Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen und auch der gesamte Aufbau des Resorts ist wirklich gelungen. Alles wirkt modern, stilvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet, sodass man sich grundsätzlich wohlfühlen kann.

Leider gab es einige Punkte, die den Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Das Personal im Restaurant beim Frühstück war sehr unhöflich und die Kommunikation aufgrund von schlechtem Englisch schwierig. Zudem war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr laut und das Licht insgesamt eher ungemütlich. Im Badezimmer wurde aus meiner Sicht an der falschen Stelle gespart – ein Duschvorhang passt einfach nicht zum sonst hochwertigen Eindruck des Resorts. Vielleicht ist das Kritik auf hohem Niveau, aber für den Anspruch der Unterkunft ist das meine ehrliche Einschätzung.

Tolle Unterkunft im Boho Style, sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Villa, direkt am Stand. Direkt neben zwei traumhaft schönen. Stränden. Roller konnten direkt dort gemietet werden. Minibar for free, und wurde täglich aufgefüllt. Kajaks und SUPs for free. Alles sehr ruhig, obwohl angeblich ausgebucht. Ein Traum zum abschalten.

Alles echt meckern auf extrem hohem Niveau: Licht im Zimmer sehr hell, könnte etwas gemütlicher sein. Spiegel im Bad eher für sehr kleine Leute :) Strand direkt beim Hotel etwas steinig. Aber Traumstrände in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar!
